Internal Account Manager - Sales Executive Apprentice
Achieve and exceed targets by managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
Generate and establish new business either by geographical region, market sector or product portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other teams to achieve targets and develop strategies
Understand customer needs and develop solutions to their requirements
Achieve the product targets set for each allocated customer
Control stock levels of customer special items, within the limits agreed
Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within the timescale agreed
Administer all customer orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain and record accurate and easily accessible information for all allocated customers
Positively promote the company at every opportunity and to do so
To follow all company Health, Safety & Environment
To take part in stock checks, as and when required
Training:
Sales Executive Level 4
On the job training will be given. You will receive support and encouragement from the team

Durbins is first and foremost a production unit processing and supplying cut aluminium plate and bar across the U.K. Due to this continued investment in technology, tooling and efficiencies, it has resulted in significantly shorter lead times to our customers. Durbin can also offer: - An extensive range of aluminium plate and round bar products - An extensive range of stainless steel long products - Stainless steel bar and cut billets - Machined rings, circles and profiles using our latest investment, our CNC Router. These are produced to a much higher tolerance than conventional cutting methods saving expensive machining time. DMI is part of the Amari Metals Engineering Group (AMEG), which provides us with extensive stock and financial strength.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with an hour unpaid lunch break
