HR Support Apprentice J3437

You will assist with the inputting of personal information on internal systems as well as answering queries from colleagues, supporting in project work and learning all about the integrated HR / payroll system.

What will you be doing?

Inputting employee’s information and updating the HR/payroll system Double checking input made by others (such as bank detail changes) Data cleansing on the system Running reports using in-house computer software Supporting People Services Assistants with administrative tasks (such as preparing letters and references of employment) Assisting in recruitment activities (such as responding to Quick Apply enquiries) Ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the line manager Respond to colleagues' queries via phone, email and face-to-face  Other tasks as deemed suitable for this role

Other Duties and responsibilities:

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to apply for permanent roles within the HR team or progress onto higher-level HR qualifications such as the Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday with ½ an hour unpaid lunch each day
