My client is fantastic 4* hotel and conference venue in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Superstar Sales Manager to head up the team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the venue is maximised for rooms and all meeting & event spaces on site, managing the sales team, looking at pricing strategies, and maintaining seamless communication with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :

Optimize revenue through effective diary and channel managementDevelop and execute rate strategies for rooms and events to align with budget goalsEnsure accurate forecasts, reports, and seamless event operationsTrain, support, and oversee the sales team to maintain high standards of customer serviceCollaborate with leadership to achieve sales and revenue objectives
