I am working with an iconic London venue who are seeking an experienced Ticketing Manager to deliver an efficient, customer-focused, and accurate ticketing function. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, managing systems, optimising customer journeys, and delivering accurate reporting for diverse events.
