Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a sous chef or senior kitchen role, preferably in an upscale Italian or fine dining environmentProven ability to lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff while maintaining high performance standardsStrong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
