Procurement Solicitor

The team advise on a full range of disputes that can arise out of procurement including design disputes, operational disputes, payment disputes and termination disputes. The team advise on a number of market leading matters for some high profile clients, particularly in the public sector including healthcare, local government and emergency services.

They are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to develop and refine their already existing skills and develop long-lasting client relationships.

The firm is very flexible and will consider 1+ PQE up to someone of a senior level, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
