Candidate Requirements · Proven experience as an IT Trainer, ideally with exposure to ITSM platforms · Comprehensive knowledge of ITILv3 and its applications in IT service management. · Strong administrative skills to manage onboarding processes and certificate generation. · Must be a Single UK National and willing to undergo SC clearance.
