My client is an established and award winning Wine Supplier covering a range of well known and popular countries. This producer has an excellent track record in customer retention, business growth and team progression. Not to mention a fantastic range of products!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact through new business development, account management, and leadership.
Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with a strong focus on expanding our market presence. Develop strategies to enter new channels and increase market share.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring retention and growth.Lead, mentor, and inspire a small sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our brand values and growth goals.Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure brand consistency and availability, creating a seamless experience for our customers.The Ideal Senior Sales Manager candidate:
