Lead Quantity Surveyor

A Lead Quantity Surveyor is needed to manage two significant development projects in Wandsworth

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Location: Onsite in Wandsworth, with occasional head office work in Westminster

Responsibilities:

Manage principal contractor activities Oversee scaffolding operations Coordinate render stripping and installation Manage cladding and brickwork replacement Lead project technical and logistical aspects Work with trainee surveyor

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction surveying Strong project management skills Excellent technical knowledge Ability to manage complex construction projects Immediate availability preferred
