Deputy Manager

We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join a Children’s Home based in West Kilbride.

We are looking for an experience Deputy Manager to support the high quality care and education for young people with Social, Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities.

About the team

You will be joining a large national provider with access to a wide range of expertise and backgrounds.

About you

You will have an indepth experience of understanding of OFSTED regulations and have experience managing a team within children’s residential. Ideally with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management (definetly a Level 3 in Residential Childcare) or willing to complete you will provide a safe nuturing enviroment for the young people under your care. You will need a full UK driving licence due to the location of the home.
