Mechanical Project Manager - Immediate Start - Central London

Mechanical PM. Our client, an M&E subcontractor who operate throughout London, are looking for a mechanical project manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for various high-rise residential projects across Central London.

Managing specialist contractors and budgets Ensuring achievable targets are agreed with clients and site teams Carrying out regular audits of staff performance and quality of work Handovers/Closing out projects Technical reviews

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience of management on M&E projects Computer literacy IOSH/NEBOSH Full UK Driving Licence Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
