Employer Description:
Kirsty’s Little Treasures is situated in the heart of Bromsgrove. They are a family run nursery that prides themselves on their warm friendly staff and welcoming setting. They aim to spread their ethos and values to all that use their nursery. They have a vast range of facilities from outdoor classrooms and a softplay room which the children access on a daily basis. These allow the children to go on mini adventures, escape their rooms and enjoy a change of scenery. Within their Nursery they strongly believe the importance of heuristic play, which means to play with open ended resources allowing children to use their imaginations to create their own play sessions. They look at children’s development through the EYFS Curriculum and observe the children while playing, plan next steps to help them develop in the future, taking account of the children’s interests.
