Early years educator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Promote children’s personal, social, emotional, physical, and educational development in line with planned objectives Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in your care Assist with daily routines and supervision, offering individual support to help children stay focused and engaged Provide physical care for children, including feeding, changing, and general hygiene Prepare resources, materials, and displays that stimulate learning and communication Build strong, effective relationships with children, parents, carers, and staff through clear and supportive communication Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised learning environment, including care of toys and equipment Participate in observations, assessments, and report writing to support children’s development Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and development reviews as required Be flexible and willing to support in other rooms or areas of the Nursery when needed

Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Training will include paediatric first aid qualification Online teams' lessons  Qualified tutors 6 hours paid study a week Lessons every two weeks

Training Outcome:
Room leader Special Educational Needs Coordinator Progress to level 5 Early Years Educator
