Business Administrator Apprenticeship
• First Point of Contact: Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with meeting coordination, calendar management, and travel bookings.
• Data Management: Accurately entering and maintaining records across our databases and systems.
• Document Preparation: Creating and formatting documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Office Coordination: Managing office supplies, handling post, and ensuring the workspace operates smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues across different departments to support projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Event Support: Helping to prepare for and attend up to 14 Awards events, assisting with their successful delivery.
Training:
You’ll be supported every step of the way by your own Vocational Trainer, with regular face-to-face in the Towcester office and online sessions via Zoom.
Training Outcome:
With your new skill set, capability and qualification, this will enable you to continue on your working journey with confidence and a greater understanding of how companies operate.
