Childcare Apprenticeship - Birmingham
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join our nurturing and supportive early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside qualified staff to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities, ensure a safe environment, and build strong relationships with children, families, and the team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities Help to plan, prepare, and set up the learning environment Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to their learning journeys Promote positive behaviour and ensure the safety and well-being of all children Work effectively as part of a team, following the policies and procedures of the setting Build positive relationships with parents/carers and maintain confidentiality Attend training, staff meetings, and reviews as part of your apprenticeship programme Complete all apprenticeship coursework and assessments on timeWhat We Offer

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 18-month apprenticeship, you will have gained; Early Years Educator – Level 3.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
