Business Administration Apprenticeship

Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues. Managing email inboxes. Use excellent customer service continuously. Organise and report data. Use of spreadsheets. Managing in-house computer systems. Filing, scanning and archiving documents. Accounts support. Dealing with post. Any other admin duties as requested.

Training Outcome:

Full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm.
