Customer Experience and Resolution Apprentice

Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. You'll be supported every step of the way to develop your communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally, fairly, and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Helping log, track, and resolve customer complaints across phone, email, social media, and written channels Learning how to investigate issues, find root causes, and suggest solutions Communicating clearly and empathetically with customers Keeping accurate records in line with company and data protection policies Working with other departments to resolve problems quickly Attending training requirements as part of your apprenticeship Supporting the team by spotting trends and helping improve customer experience

Training:

Training with Milton Keynes College. Ongoing training, support and development with the employer for a Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:

Career progression opportunities upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
