HR Apprentice Administrator
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and post.
Organise meetings, take minutes, and prepare documentation Maintain and update records, systems, and databases accurately Support with diary management, scheduling, and coordinating activities Assist in producing reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential information in line with company policies Support colleagues and contribute to team projects Develop strong communication and customer service skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders Work proactively to solve problems, improve processes, and develop organisational efficiencyTraining Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate Several opportunities for career progression on completion
