Fleet Facilities Apprentice

Assist in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of building services systems on depots and stations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, passenger information systems.
Support experienced engineers in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions. Support depot maintenance staff in completing statutory maintenance tasks and reactive works. Participate in routine inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with the Depot and Stations Facilities and Asset Management Teams to identify areas for improvement and assist in the planning of maintenance works. Document maintenance activities and support the reporting of any issues to ensure timely resolutions. Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to building services. Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures while on duty. Maintains professional and ethical working relationships with internal, external, and other stakeholders.
