Health and Social Care Apprenticeship -Sutton
We are looking for a caring, reliable Support Worker to join our friendly team in Sutton, where you'll support people with learning disabilities to live happy, independent lives.
You’ll be based in a welcoming, supportive home in Sutton, South West London, working alongside a close-knit team and supporting eight individuals with learning disabilities.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support with their everyday needs, including:
Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care Accompanying them to appointments, activities, and community events Helping them feel safe, confident, and empowered Providing emotional support and building strong, respectful relationships Being a consistent part of their daily routineHours and Shift Pattern:
This is a full-time position with a rotating shift pattern, which includes:
Day shifts:
Sleep-in shifts Waking night shifts Some weekends Flexibility is key - we’re looking for someone reliable and adaptable.About You:
