Business Administrator Apprentice

With on the job training, you will learn to support the team in effectively running the business, this would include:

Liaising with customers, counter parties, suppliers in a professional and courteous manner Meeting support - scheduling meetings, attendance and action notes to be taken and followed up in a timely manner Sales process support via timely completion of actions and chase ups, and updating of CRM Support in submission of grant applications including data gathering and research Support with timely and accurate production of monthly revenue reports and invoices for clients Submission of unavailability paperwork to National Grid Inbox monitoring Tracking projects and regular updating of lists to ensure deadlines are kept Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Training in relevant admin processes will be provided on premises and virtually where needed

Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is the possibility to secure a full-time permanent Admin Assistant role with VEST Career progression and helping people to grow is something we are passionate about

Decarbonising electricity is vital to cutting global emissions. To allow electricity grids to hit 100% renewable generation, battery storage needs to be built in the GWs. VEST Energy is a clean tech trading house focused on battery storage. Our mission is to get more battery assets onto electricity grids. We help companies understand the business case for battery storage, build their assets and provide a route to market for these assets in trading markets.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
