HR & Training Apprenticeship
Your duties will include:
Training Administration
Booking health & safety training for employees, liaising with external training providers, and ensuring employees receive the relevant joining information. Keeping accurate records of all training booked and completed, including costs of training, on the training register. Keeping the training management software up to date with correct training records and certificates when training has been completed. Support with reporting on training needs for monthly training meetings.HR Administration
Support new starter onboarding and induction activities Maintain accurate employee records (e.g. new starter paperwork, absence recording) Updating information on employee database and generating reports as required General administration - including employment referencing, vetting checks such as DBS/ Experian/ Airport permits, driving license information as required Support the running of monthly Occupational health clinics for site-based employees, by liaising with the occupational health provider, coordinating appointment bookings and sending reminders Assisting with educational outreach activities such as career fairs and college visits to promote careers in the industry Assisting with social value administration/ activities as requiredOther Duties
The HR team is part of the central Group functions, which also includes Administration, Health & Safety, and Accounts. We work collaboratively and support one another as needed. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities outlined above, you will also be expected to remain flexible and take on tasks outside of these areas when required to meet the needs of the businessTraining:
Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice. Workplace and workshop delivery.

Working Hours :
8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
