ICT Technician Apprentice
Your daily duties will include;
Solve technical and applications problems Maintain and optimise systems performance Provide technical support to users through a range of communication channels Install and configure hardware and software Deploy and monitor IT infrastructure components Establish and diagnose problems/faults using troubleshooting methods and toolsTraining:
All training will be delivered from the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Whilst we can’t guarantee a permanent contract at the end of the Apprenticeship we consider this to be a long-term opportunity to grow and develop within the business.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4.30pm. Friday, 8.00am - 3.30pm. Paid 2 x 15 min breaks each day. Unpaid 30 min lunch break each day.
