Part-time apprentice to become a riding instructor (coach)

School horses, under supervision Shadow instructors on lessons, taking on an increasing  coaching role Join in grooming horses and ponies for lessons Be one of two for mucking out and field skipping (12 horses/ponies) Help children to complete their Horse Care logbooks

Training:
Training will be 1:1 or small group, and will take place at Park Farm Riding School CT3 1HD Comfortable heated room Training will be weekly (theory) and daily (practical)

Training Outcome:
BHS Stage 2 Coach leads to... BHS Stage 3 Coach... BHS Stage 4 Dressage Coach/Showjumping Coach/Eventing Coach BHSI

Employer Description:
Park Farm Riding School, estd 2002, is unusual in that it caters solely for children aged 4-17. Here, we aim to produce caring, considerate, capable riders. We do not compete, but some of our riders have gone on to be competitors. We are the only riding school to make use of Denne Hill Cross Country course, nearby.

Working Hours :
Mondays: Day off. Tuesdays/Wednesdays: one morning, 4.5hrs. Thursdays: afternoon/evening, 4hrs, includes theory and riding training. Fridays: afternoon/evening, 3.5hrs. Weekends: One morning, 4hrs.
