Apprentice CNC Operator

Set, operate, and program CNC machinery (turning, milling, or multi-axis). Produce high-precision components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings. Perform in-process quality checks and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure machines run efficiently and safely during production cycles. Carry out routine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively Continuous improvement and maintaining processes. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence. Observing health and safety regulations at all times. Establishing professional relationships with staff.

Training Outcome:

Full-time working role available for the right candidate at the end of the apprenticeship.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30. Friday 08:00 - 13:00.
