Business Admin Apprentice

Duties include:

Customer Service

Greet customers in a polite and professional manner, both face-to-face and over the phone. Assist with booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repairs. Provide updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles. Handle basic customer enquiries and pass messages to the relevant team member. 

Administration

Support with preparing job cards, invoices, and filing paperwork. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on the garage system. Manage incoming calls, emails, and post. Help keep reception and office areas organised and presentable.

Workshop Support

Assist with scheduling jobs and liaising with mechanics to ensure smooth workflow. Support with ordering and tracking parts when required.
General Learn how a busy garage operates and gain hands-on experience in both customer service and administration.


 



Training Outcome:

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.

Our spacious, well-equipped workshop team carry out all the services you would expect, including Class 4 MOTs, servicing, and diagnostics, to mention a few, on most makes and models of cars and vans (up to 3.5t), including electric and hybrid vehicles.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
