Recruiter Assistant Leve 3 Apprentice

Duties will include:

Review applications from interpreters and assess suitability by reviewing their CVs Interview candidates over the phone to ensure they are suitable for the role and have the right qualifications in place Arrange and schedule candidate assessments Add successful candidates to the company portal Maintain accurate records and Excel spreadsheets Post job vacancies across relevant channels Handle incoming calls and respond to enquiries Support general administrative tasks as required Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the team

Training:

Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development

Training Outcome:
This role offers the opportunity to progress into a full-time Recruiter or Senior Recruiter position while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and administration You will develop skills in candidate management, client relations, and office systems, with potential to specialise in talent acquisition, all while working towards recognised qualifications and building a long-term career
