To contribute to the room planning To understand the requirements of the EYFS, health and safety and Ofsted To liaise professionally and courteously with parents, children & colleagues To prepare daily activities for all children To interact effectively with all children To assist in the setting up of the room in the morning & throughout the day To encourage and support children to develop their language, motor and social skills To supervise indoor and outdoor play activities To supervise snack and mealtimes, including cleaning

Training:

Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard:

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA)Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) Training will include paediatric first aid qualification

Training Outcome:

For the successful candidate, there is the opportunity of ongoing employment.

Beech Hill is a 68 place nursery that offers care for children from 3 months - 5 years. We pride ourselves in being a warm, friendly and inviting environment and consider ourselves one big family. Our opening times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Working Hours :
The setting is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, so your hours each week will be within these times- you will be working 37 hours per week.
