We are looking for a talented Executive Sushi Chef for this high-profile venue in Dubai.

What we want in our ideal Executive Sushi Chef:

At least 10+ years of Japanese cuisine experience – ideally holding a similar job title or we could consider a very strong Sushi Head ChefMust have trained with Master Japanese Sushi Chefs in JapanAble to work in a fast paced, high volume but top quality placeExcellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal directionAbility to implement strategic visions and plans into day-to-day operationsAbility to execute brand signature rolls and recipesAble to work independently and as part of a team.Must possess high level of maturity, dependability, and punctualityAble and willing to work extra hours as business demands requires

Salary package: AED35-45k pm negotiable plus standard benefits
