Machine Operative

Machine Operatives required to join a market-leading specialist. A fast growing, multi million pound operation looking for an Machine Operative to add to the team. This role is based In Silsden, a short walk away from the train station. Applicants from surrounding areas such as Skipton, Keighley and Bradford are invited to apply for this easily commutable position.

What is on offer to the Machine Operative

Remuneration package £25,376 (£12.20 per hour) 6 am – 2.30 pm working hours with the opportunity of overtime. 28 days holiday Pension Scheme On-site Parking Genuine career development, progression to team leader for the right candidate.

Key Accountabilities of the Machine Operative

Loading, feeding and operating machinery (training provided) In-process product quality inspection Offering flexibility and support to colleagues and other departments when required

Key Experience Required of the Machine Operative

Prior machine operation experience or other from a fast paced production background Great attention to detail Works well both individually and as a team
