Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday | 9am – 5pm
Pay Rate: Day £27ph

Responsibilities:

Conduct mental health and psychosocial assessments for pregnant and postpartum individuals. Assess risk factors, including maternal mental health conditions (e.g., postnatal depression, anxiety, postpartum psychosis), safeguarding concerns, and bonding/attachment issues. Ensure seamless transitions of care between primary care, secondary care, and specialist perinatal mental health teams. Participate in regular MDT meetings to review complex cases, share updates, and develop joint approaches to care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Hold a degree in mental health nursing. Fully enhanced valid DBS Perinatal experience is desired. Community experience is essential.

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
