Responsibilities:

To manage a small caseload if individuals living in the community, with an array of mental health needs. To provide mental health assessments, create care plans and refer to 3rd parties when required. Monitor and evaluate mental state, symptoms, and overall well-being. Administer medications, monitor adherence, and assess for side effects or changes in response to treatment. Develop risk management strategies to keep patients and others safe.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Fully enhanced valid DBS Must hold nursing degree. Community experience is desired but not essential.

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
