Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Waterford
Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client a main contractor are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for Waterford location.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Cost control and monitoring. Assisting with tenders and completing tenders. Performing risk, value management and cost control. Responsible for all aspects of cost management on projects. Preparing tender and contract documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience Proficient in Microsoft Packages Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
