Senior Bar Manager - Well-established Restaurant £50,000 - £55,000

We’re working with a stunning restaurant group that’s looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be a polished leader, able to build a strong team, deliver excellent drinks at pace, and take full ownership of bar management, including stock and team oversight. 

This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-established, growing group. Candidates with a short notice period or immediate availability are especially encouraged to apply. 

The perfect candidate will: 

Oversee the day-to-day running of the bar, stock management, and ordering  Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent service  Be knowledgeable about drinks and quality products  Lead with an open, engaging, and calm approach under pressure  Have experience training and developing a bar team  Hold at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role  Understand financials and P&L  Have a good understanding of food and restaurant service  

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a dynamic environment and make an immediate impact.
