Photocopying and filing Post duties Following and dealing with compliance Responding and dealing with any new enquiries and onboarding Take clear details and email messages to the relevant teams or department Provide relevant information to the caller At least a 4 grade in GCSE Maths and English Be friendly, professional, and hardworking Confidence in talking to people Keen to learn and develop A positive and hardworking attitude Excellent telephone manner Be able to work in a team and independently Good time management and communication skills
This role will be supported by a level 3 Business Administration qualification supported by Starting Off.
Training:
Level 3 Business administration Remote training delivery Onefile VLE 6 Hours of dedicated training time every week
Training Outcome:
Possible full time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

9.00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
