Responding to customer queries via email, phone & live chat Processing orders & aftersales support Tracking customer service tickets Assisting with social media and online reviews Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction Learning product knowledge to advise customers confidently

Training:
All training will be done in the work place ran by Wigan and Leigh College The apprentice will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification 

Training Outcome:
On successful completion, there is potential for a permanent full-time role as a Customer Service Executive, with further progression into sales, marketing, or technical support within the business.
