Level 3 Health & Social Care Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs Take an active role in creating and reviewing care plans Support with shadowing new starters Undergo training on our rota systems Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised) Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Record, monitor, and report on health and well-being Support individuals with complex needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, or physical impairments Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, acting promptly to protect vulnerable individuals Travel between clients’ homes (mileage reimbursed) Attend training, workshops, and complete off-job learning for your apprenticeship

Training:
Training at the workplace  Every 4 weeks 

Training Outcome:

There is progression onto further levels of apprenticeship after completion.
