INTERNAL SALES APPRENTICE:

We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to join our busy branch. After full training your role will include:
Liaising with customers and suppliers via telephone Working in the Sales office and dealing with customer orders, payment and enquiries Ordering new products Sales Calls Answering phones Logging orders/dealing with invoices The candidate will be studying/completing a Customer Service Level 2 qualification alongside the apprenticeshipAll training will be completed in the workplace with a Training provider.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Candidates must be available by message or phone in the first week of applying.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Apprenticeship.
Contract length: 24 months.
Training:
Completing a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship standard, consisting of:
Knowledge and competence qualification in Customer service at Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required End-Point Assessment (EPA) - final test and observationThe vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment are conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment is conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.

EDA learning and development will employ you on behalf of this employer. We are a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency who support and guide you whilst you are completing your apprenticeship within the Branch Location.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday; 8.00am to 5.00pm (with 1-hour for lunch).
