Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice

Upload invoices and credit notes for yacht and company accounts accurately Perform daily reconciliation of yacht accounts using accounting software Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and yacht VAT returns Assist with yacht payroll processing and charter account management Post payments correctly to relevant accounting systems Handle incoming calls to the accounts team, verify bank details, and direct enquiries as needed Perform general office duties such as mail sorting, scanning, and document shredding Undertake other tasks as directed by the manager to support the team

Training:
4 days per week at West Nautical  1 day per week at Newcastle College 

Training Outcome:

Potential for progression to a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
