Supporting the setup, testing, and installation of in-house software and associated hardware Providing remote and on-site technical support to clients Diagnosing and resolving IT issues using remote tools and hands-on troubleshooting Building, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, and network equipment Installing and maintaining cabling (Cat6/7 and fibre) Assisting with user accounts, software installation, and system configuration Contributing to the continuous improvement of Centurion’s IT systems and processes
