Childcare Apprenticeship - Greenwich

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Apprentices to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. This position requires a nurturing individual who can create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of young children.

We endeavour to provide a friendly, relaxed, safe and secure environment where babies and children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow under the care of trusted, nurturing staff. We celebrate every child’s uniqueness by supporting their communication, physical abilities, emotional well-being, and social skills through the Prime Areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage. We would like to welcome a new team member at the nursery that will be able to display all of those qualities. We will then spend time training our staff to develop.

Your role will include: 

Experience of working with children aged 1-4 Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Statutory Framework and Safeguarding children Ability to meet children’s individual needs through assessment and planning Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the role. Ability to work as part of a team Commitment to ongoing professional development

Training:

Paragon Skills is a leading national Apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organisations. Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry.

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Level 2 Ealy Years Practitioner Apprenticeship 

Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship

Shifts Monday- Friday (Range between 07:30- 17:30)
