Ensure that all service areas are prepared to the agreed standard by opening times Ensure that you read and understand all items on the menus and wine lists Ensure that you are aware of any items not available/in stock Serving and clearing of service areas should be carried out to the agreed standard To be alert at all times to the needs of members and inform managers/supervsiors of any challenges Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good order Be aware of member rules concerning public areas and ensure these are adhered to

Training:
Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard All training on job Once a month review with Skills Coach to ensure progression

Training Outcome:
Opportunity to do your level 3 Hospitality Supervisor apprenticeship
