Application Support Lead Apprentice

Provide first-line and escalated technical support for our core business applications, helping with troubleshooting IT issues  Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues Assist in planning, implementing, and testing upgrades and new technologies, providing change management support to the business Collate performance statistics and analyse data to support decision-making and enhance the rollout of applications Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes Support the service desk team and ensure all application support requests are handled efficiently and according to agreed-upon procedures

Training:
Applications Support Lead Level 4 (Higher national certificate) An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position
