Recruiter Apprentice Required

As an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:

Resource candidates and match them with the right job opportunities Use a CRM systems to keep everything recorded, organised and running smoothly Make calls to clients and candidates, building confidence on the phone Support the wider team with administration, research, and relationship-building activities

Training:

Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.

Training Outcome:

The company will offer long term career progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
