Model Manufacturing Apprentice
Working within a team of 35 you will:
To actively learn and develop all modelmaking skills To gain a good understanding and develop a skillset to painting of manufactured components To gain a good understanding of pressure tapping methods, processes and procedures associated with them To learn the various software’s required to be used in part manufacturing and mode build To actively attend tunnel tests to gain knowledge of the processes and procedures To ensure all component tracking processes are followed To ensure good communication between shifts To report major personnel issues to your line manager To assist in quality assurance within the department To demonstrate a flexible and understanding approach to the department’s needs To meet the requirements and demands of the busy periods To work proactively, responsibly, and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standardTraining:
Level 3 Engineering Fitter up to 42-months dependent upon prior learning 1-day per week at Booth Lane Campus Northampton.
