Apprentice Fenestration Installer
In the role, day to day, you’ll be responsible for:
All UPVC and Multi-skilled duties relating to building and response maintenance Ensuring works are carried out in the most cost-effective and efficient manner Attending assessor session (usually every 10-12 weeks) and working with your assigned mentor to learn a wide variety of trade skills through practical tasks and theory lessons. Also, to complete a portfolio of evidence in the workplace and receive assessment visits from a qualified assessor The care and condition of company vehicles and equipment in accordance with relevant policies Any other duties consistent with the grade and general responsibilities of the post, as may be required from time to time by nature of changes to the business or the need to develop new streams of workTraining:
Fenestration Installer Level 2.
The apprentice will follow a mentor-led training programme, learning alongside an experienced colleague in the workplace. They will attend assessor-led review sessions every 12 weeks, either on-site or at our main office. As part of their development, they will complete off-the-job training hours, build a portfolio of evidence, and work towards their End Point Assessment. This blended approach ensures they gain practical experience while meeting the academic requirements of their apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
We’re committed to supporting the apprentice through their Level 2 qualification, offering hands-on experience, mentoring, and ongoing development throughout the fixed-term contract. While a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship isn’t guaranteed, there may be opportunities for the right candidate to progress into a uPVC Operative position at Coastline. We believe in nurturing potential and will continue to provide training and development to help individuals build a strong foundation for a successful career in the sector.

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm
