Trainee Dynamics Central Service Desk Analyst Apprentice
In this role:
You will be part of the frontline support team Helping to deliver excellent customer service while learning how to resolve technical and software queries You’ll assist in logging and managing helpdesk tickets, working towards meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues Through structured training, mentorship, and continuous learning, you will develop a strong foundation in software support and business systems Your AAT studies will build your knowledge of finance processes This combination will give you a unique and highly valuable skillset, enabling you to contribute to maintaining data integrity, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the overall customer experienceTraining:
