No prior experience is necessary — full training will be provided
Key Responsibilities:
Learn to upholster a wide variety of furniture items from frame to finish Assist in preparing materials such as fabrics, foams, and frames Use hand tools and power tools (e.g. staple guns, drills) safely and effectively Support the team in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production deadlines Maintain a clean and organised workspace Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies Take part in training sessions and shadow experienced upholsterers to build your skillsTraining:
Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer Work based learing Functional skills
Training Outcome:
Progression onto full-time employment.

CFM is a contract furniture manufacturer. We specialise in creating high-quality furniture for the care home sector, helping our clients design exceptional interiors.
Working Hours :
Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 7am-11am, 30 minutes lunch, 2 x 15 min breaks (unpaid).
