Business Administration apprenticeship
Assisting the office team where necessary, your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:
Communicating with clients over the phone /email / post Chasing outstanding documentation from clients and lenders General administration duties such as handling the post, booking appointments etc. Issuing Data Subject Access Requests to lenders Ad hoc tasksTraining:
Business Administration Level 3 standard - qualification gained on successful completion taking approx. 18months Training will take place at the workplace via tutor led, monthly sessions
Training Outcome:
Full-time, permanent position available on completion of the apprenticeship, with advancement opportunities

Doorstep Refunds is in the industry of Agencies, Brokerages, and Other Insurance Related Activities. We help clients who have been mis-sold credit in the past on a No-Win No Fee basis. We have offices situated around the Northwest of England. Our team is currently expanding and the successful candidate will be based in Bolton office.
