Senior DB/DC Pensions Administrator

Job Description:
Our client a leading pensions and investment solutions company are recruiting for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join the admin team in our modern office.

It’s a great opportunity to take on responsibility early on, to build on your existing experience, develop new skills and help evolve our client service offerings.

We’ll support you with your professional development and study for pensions exams as well.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven solid experience of day-to-day pension administration and working on DB/DC and CARE pension arrangements.
Has up to date knowledge of relevant pension legislation, regulations and technical developments affecting pension administration.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using a pensions administration system.
Experience of working in a client relationship focused environment, within pension administration.
Communicates clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Plans and organises time and workload effectively and works well under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.
A strong team member and works in a consultative, collaborative manner with others.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide a seamless, professional and personal service to meet the needs of our Trustee clients and members to give them the best possible experience.
Build strong client and member relationships and use your knowledge and skills to provide them with the answers they need.
Deal with pensions related queries and requests which span the full pensions life cycle.
Come up with ways to improve our client and member service and help to implement these.
Help with drafting admin reports and learning how to present these.
Assist with work flow management, deputise for the Team Leader if necessary.
Work on cyclical and ad hoc projects and take ownership for these.
